I just wanted to write and say thanks for the great customer service. I recently (last week) rented a wireless card and called late in the afternoon to check about shipping that day. The guy I spoke to told me no problem, that he would take care of it, and I had the next day. Just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service, something missing a lot in many businesses, and I will highly recommend your company.

Dear Sirs:
Just wanted to double check that you have received back the data card which
was due on July 26th (it was dropped off for pick up on the 25th. In the
future, I believe customers would appreciate an email notification that it
was received and the charges made.
I would also like to commend your company for servicing a real need, and
doing it well. We just came back from vacation in the US as we live in
Europe, and my husband could not have kept his eye on his business if it
were not for the data card, letting him email and go on the Net wherever he
was. And since we rented for over 30 days, it was a good deal too!
I would especially like to commend Kathy G. (sorry, I forgot her last name),
who just gave us excellent customer service by getting the card to us as soon as you did.

Wow! What a show!
I wanted to thank you guys again - you really did a WONDERFUL job.
Your service was exceptional, the cards worked beautifully it seemed (I didnt hear any complaints, unlike last year).
So I am very pleased.
I'd love to get your feedback from the show and see what your thoughts were (good and bad).
We will definitely be working together again.
